GENERAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY - ART. 13, REG. 679/16

Personal data collected from this website and all other data that can be associated with the data subject, directly or indirectly, will be processed and used in compliance with the principles established in Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the CONTROLLER hereby informs you that any data gathered via the website will be processed mainly via digital tools and procedures for the following purposes:

  • to respond to inquiries you submit;
  • to maintain a database of frequent questions, proposals, and messages;
  • to enrol you in our newsletter;
  • to better manage the technical aspects of website navigation (also see the ‘Cookie policy’ section)

Registration Data must be provided. The refusal to provide the data indicated as necessary or required, entirely or in part, shall make it impossible for {name} to respond to your requests and queries. The legal basis for processing is found in art. 6 section 1B of Regulation 679/16, that is: processing is necessary to fulfil a contract that the data subject is a party to, or to execute pre-contractual measures adopted upon the data subject's request.
The data provided shall be accessed exclusively by employees of {name} who have been specifically authorised to process said data as data processors, and, in any case, with the exclusive purpose of completing the activities you have requested. Our data processors are bound to keeping your data secret and confidential, including on the basis of special in-house regulations. Your data will not be distributed to third parties.
The data you provide will be stored for the time established by law and other regulations.

The Data Controller is TITOLARE represented in person by its legal representative, who you may contact to assert the rights described in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 77 of Regulation 679/16. These rights may even be asserted in relation to the Data Protection Officer, if the Controller has appointed one.
The assertion of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures established by the aforementioned Regulation, which you must be aware of and implement. Furthermore, and pursuant to that established in article 12, section 3, the Controller shall provide the data subject with information about the action taken without undue delay, in any case, no longer than one month from having received the request itself. That term may be extended by two months, if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests received. The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of that extension and for the reasons for the delay, within a month from having received the request.

In order to function better and ensure the services provided by third parties, our website uses technical cookies.

Technical cookies are cookies used exclusively to transmit data on a digital communication network, or to the degree strictly necessary to the digital company's provider of a service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide said service. They are not used for other purposes, and they will be installed with the normal browsing of this website's pages. Technical cookies can be divided into transient or session cookies, which ensure the normal navigation and use of the website (making it possible to complete a purchase or to log in to parts of the website with restricted access); functional cookies, which let the user browse according to a series of selected criteria (e.g., preferred language, products selected for purchase, etc.), in order to improve the service provided to the user. In order to install said cookies, the user's prior consent is not required. However, the provision of this policy is required, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/16 on personal data processing.

When browsing the website, cookies from third-party websites or web servers (called ‘third-party cookies’) may be installed on the user’s computer. That happens because the website visited may contain elements such as images, maps, sounds and specific links to websites on other web domains that are housed on different servers than the one used for the requested page. {name} uses third party cookies, in particular, cookies from Google Analytics (used by Google to gather and also provide information, in an aggregated form, on the number of users to a site and how the site is used and visited). The information generated by cookies on the use of the website are sent to Google Inc. (for information on their use and deletion, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html).

The website may also make use of third-party cookies coming from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. These cookies are not found on the website's server and are therefore not sent to the user’s computer. Instead, these cookies are activated only if the user clicks on a FB, TW or YT icon, entering into the respective social media sites, e.g. using the relative API services.
